Ricardo joins the team as a marketing manager, bringing six years of experience in digital marketing for higher education and a strong focus on digital media management. His role centers on media planning and buying, ad unit implementation, performance reporting, and downstream digital efforts like the execution of nurture campaigns.
Before beginning his marketing career, Ricardo served 8 years in the United States Air Force. His time in the military shaped his approach to leadership, instilling a strong sense of discipline, adaptability and a team-focused mindset. These qualities continue to guide his work, helping him foster collaboration and navigate challenges with a calm, mission-driven attitude.
With a strong foundation in strategy and execution, he’s passionate about creating digital campaigns that are creative and results-driven.
When he is not working, you’ll likely find him outdoors enjoying the weather, biking, or spending time with his family.
