Jacob Regan
Military Student Onboarding Manager
Fordham University
Office of Military and Veteran Services
Jacob Regan is a former Navy Corpsman and seasoned higher education professional with a strong background in admissions, enrollment strategy, and military student engagement. As both a veteran and a military spouse—his wife currently serves as an Active-Duty Navy Corpsman—Jacob brings a unique, dual perspective to the challenges faced by military-connected students and their families.
Following his service, he spent two years at Camp Lejeune supporting thousands of transitioning service members and spouses through the Department of Labor’s Transition Assistance Program. He also contributed to curriculum redesign efforts to better prepare veterans for life after the military.
Jacob has also worked in graduate healthcare admissions with Evidence in Motion, partnering with Hawaii Pacific University to enhance military outreach, student onboarding, and enrollment outcomes. Today, he collaborates with Virtual Veterans Communities to help universities improve their military-connected students' onboarding and enrollment experiences, bridging gaps with digital communities, coaching, and strategic insight.
